New Cafe in Town
I like to visit cafes from time to time. It’s one of my vices but hey, I’m just a girl. There’s just something therapeutic about discovering a new cozy cafe. A new discovery I found stands in the Parkson E-com building. A “hidden gem”, as influencers like to refer to them as.
The interior is very chic and sophisticated. The cafe is very elegant, classy and minimalist. Perfect for when you’re in a mood for a calm and chill vibe as opposed to colorful and playful ones. It’s an ideal place to work, study, read, or journal. They have outlets, wifi, and board games, making it a perfect place to stay in. They have ample space for a group of people, and it’s also cozy enough if you want to go alone.
Next is the food and drink selection. One reason why I like cafe hopping is because I like trying matcha from different cafes. I find that it’s a hit or miss most of the time. Ironically though, I haven’t tried their matcha yet (ehem Come & Go, j.k.). But let me tell you why. They have drink promotions often and it just looks sooo good. As of the April and May they have the Summer Slushies promo which retails for 189 buy 1 take 1. The last promos my friends and I have tried was their buy 1 take 1 frappe and buy 1 take 1 refreshers. We really enjoy their drinks, it’s definitely worth the buck.
Their food selection is also vast. You’d think it’s a restaurant and not a cafe. We’ve tried their pastries, burgers, and pica pica. My go to are their pastries, for less than a 100, you can grab something sweet to satisfy your sweet tooth. Their nachos are good for sharing, perfect for friends and family. They also have new food promotions every now and then. They have a musubi and egg drop collection as of the moment. I haven’t tried but my friend told me it was really good. There’s always something you’d want to come back to in this cafe. For me it’s their pasta, I have yet to try it and my other friend recommended it.
If you ask me what this cafe’s edge is over other cafes I’ve tried, it’s definitely their menu. You can have the ambiance and serenity of a cafe while having countless options to choose from. What I like about cafes is that I can take my time and pause, and I can just enjoy my food and drink without rushing and even do something on the side like studying or working. I really like that I can go back here as many times as I wish and there’d still be something I haven’t tried.
